Meet Ms. Yara – Our American Field-Style Chocolate Labrador
Ms. Yara is one of three siblings at our facility, all from a long and distinguished line of hunting Labradors. She is agile, intelligent, witty, and gentle—truly a lovebug with a mild temperament. Yara is a fantastic mother, attentive and nurturing with her puppies, and she adores retrieving—often seen juggling multiple toys at once! She gets along beautifully with dogs of all sizes and personalities.
Physically, Yara leans toward the American Field Lab style, though her puppies can inherit traits from either the English or American type depending on their pairing. Her upcoming litter, sired by Carbon, is expected to be quite English, with boys around 85-90 lbs and girls around 65-70 lbs.
Yara’s father had more English Lab characteristics, while her mother had American traits, giving Yara her unique appearance. Her bloodline is rich with Junior, Master, and Senior hunters, reflecting both performance and conformation excellence.
All of our puppies and their parents are carefully bred combinations of English and American style Labradors, bringing together the best of both worlds.
