Meet Odessa – Our Beautiful Silver Labrador
Odessa is a stunning Silver Labrador and a true sweetheart. Petite at around 60 lbs, she may be smaller than the average Lab, but her personality and heart are larger than life.
Odessa comes from two silver parents, but it’s important to note that Silver Labs originate from chocolate bloodlines and are considered chocolate by the AKC. When bred to a chocolate father, she produces chocolate puppies; when paired with a silver father, she produces silver puppies.
Initially a bit shy with new people, Odessa quickly warms up, revealing her playful, affectionate nature. She adores plush toys, games of hide-and-seek, and snuggle time. Gentle, loving, and attentive, Odessa is also protective when she needs to be, striking a wonderful balance between sweetness and awareness.
As a mother, Odessa has been exceptional—caring, attentive, and playful with her puppies while nurturing them. We are thrilled for her little ones and look forward to watching them grow under her loving care.
Odessa has had her preliminary X-Rays for hips and elbows. They were determined to be 'normal' for age. Her final OFA certification will be completed soon.
